Outdoor tips for safety this season. Safety Coordinator Doug Bagby asks Cuivre River members to be aware of electrical hazards while working outdoors this spring and summer. "Play it safe with electricity," he cautions. "Accidents involving power lines usually happen when someone doesn't take time to observe the whole situation. The Nominating Committee seeks Board of Director candidates for Cuivre River Electric Cooperative's August 10 election at the Annual Meeting. The event will be held at the Family Arena, 2002 Arena Parkway, St. Charles. Four directors will be elected, one from St. Charles County District 1, one from St. Charles County District 3, one from Lincoln County District 3, and one from Warren County District 2.
